Bulletin 11 20 22 Christ the King
Mustard Seed: This week, as we all gather to give thanks for God's blessings, emotions can run high. If you feel the need for some Drama-mine to navigate the emotional complexity, turn to a simple practice from Psalm 46. In a calm, quiet spot, recite the verse "Be still and know that I am God." Gradually remove words from the end of the verse (e.g. "Be still and know that I am.") until you are left with simply "Be."
Have a great week! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
