Mindfulness on Mondays is a meditation group that is held on Mondays on 7 - 8:15 pm in the St. Mike's Chapel. St. Mike's hosts two 12-step meetings throughout the week: Thursdays 8-9pm and Saturdays 7-8:30pm. Note that the schedule of these groups during the summer months may vary. Group meetings are generally held in the Little House lounge (adjacent to the chapel).
