Bilingual Yoga

Bilingual Community Yoga for Everyone :: 6:30-8pm 

This class is offered Monday evenings, 6:30-8pm in our candlelit chapel. We invite people of all backgrounds in the community to partake in this meditative, energizing and soulful class! A participation fee of $3 or more is requested at the door. Bring your yoga mat or a towel, dress in comfortable clothing and bring your friends! Led by yoga instructor Marisol Murillo and chaplain Nicole Janelle.

About Marisol:

Marisol Murillo has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 8 years and continues to benefit from this ancient tradition daily. She has been teaching since 2008 when she became a certified Ananda Yoga teacher and feels privileged to be able to share these valuable teachings with others. She is devoted to awakening spirituality, balance and health in all her students in a caring and laid-back manner. Marisol Her Bilingual yoga classes integrate mindful asana exercises, breathing and meditation techniques blended to create an eclectic class appropriate for all levels of experience. Marisol is a Santa Barbara native who is currently working on her Master's in Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute and she also has experience in teaching meditation, dance, children's theatre and group counseling. uses inspiration and creative methods to relax and center your body while drawing from Hatha styles such as Ananda, Kundalini, and Iyengar.
