St. Mike's Reads..."Eating Animals" by Jonathan Safran Foer

If any of you are watching TV right now, you'll see - it's not just me - food is a major issue in this country!  As I write this, CNN is doing a segment on factory farms, food safety issues, and the movie Food Inc. 

In any case, I'm curious if any of you have started reading "Eating Animals,"  by Jonathan Safran Foer (and co-author and UCSB grad Aaron Gross) and what you think about it.  I'd love to host a dinner or some sort of discussion group - are people interested, and if so, when?  Would it be helpful to wait until after spring break? 

I do have a few more copies of the book and am planning on making a few more photocopies (teasers) to entice some more readers.
